Agreement

By downloading or using Wizard ToolZ, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Wizard ToolZ is provided by Richard Detore / Electric Shark Tattoo.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wizard ToolZ on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except as allowed by applicable law.

Spellbook subscription

Wizard ToolZ may offer an auto-renewable subscription called Spellbook (monthly, six-month, and/or annual plans). Spellbook Monthly includes a 2-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the plan renews at the monthly price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device after purchase.

Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Offer codes and promotional access are subject to Apple’s terms and availability in App Store Connect.

Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app to re-enable Spellbook access on a device signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Wizard ToolZ is a creative utility for professional artists. Machine Tuner readings, color harmonies, and value studies are aids only — not medical, legal, or safety advice.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Richard Detore / Electric Shark Tattoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. By using the app you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
